Terms and Conditions

1. The Hoover Wine Cooler 2021 Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a Laithwaite’s classic mixed, red or white selection of 6 bottles of wine or a Time for tea hamper (the “Gift”) based on purchases of “Eligible Appliances”. Claims are valid for purchases made between 25th August 00:01 and 31st December 2021 23:59 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before Midnight on 25th February 2022. Provided a purchase has been competed a claim can be made for more than one Hoover Promotion.
2. The Hoover Wine Cooler 2021 Promotion only applies to purchases of the following Hoover appliances from eligible retailers:

AO, The Very Group (Littlewood and Very), Argos, Buy It Direct Group, John Lewis Partnership, Curry’s PC World, Amazon, B&Q, Magnet, Ebay, Hoover.co.uk, Hoover Direct, CIH/Euronics, Sirius Buying Group and selected independents.

Participating retailers will have the official literature and advertising materials from the Promoter.

3. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the Promotion.
4. All appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e. non consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.
5. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland only. Claimants must be aged 18 years or above.
6. How to Claim:
7. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt and model number). The online claim form is available on www.rewardsfromhoover.com/winecooler
8. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 25th February 2022 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
9. Purchasers must wait 28 days before making a claim from the date of purchase.
10. Purchasers can contact MLP for assistance via the contact us form www.rewardsfromhoover.com/winecooler/contact. Offices are open 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations or final claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Promoter by 25th February 2022.
12. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you:
13. Reside outside of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland;
14. Have not purchased a qualifying Appliance from a participating retailer during the Promotion Period;
15. Have not completed the official online application form correctly;
16. Have not submitted their claim by 25th February 2022;
17. Have not submitted your claim including, Proof of Purchase before 25th February 2022;
18. Have not uploaded a legible original full purchase receipt showing the model number and date of purchase;
19. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
20. Only one gift per eligible Appliance purchased. The Offer is not transferrable.
21. Claims on purchases made on Amazon and supplied by a third party will not be accepted. Only claims for products supplied directly by Amazon will be accepted through Amazon purchases.
22. The Offer has no cash value or alternative.
23. Redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24. The “Gift” will not be paid in the event that the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.
25. Upon submitting the online claim form, claimants must allow up to 10 working days for the claim to be validated by the promoter. You will be sent an email notification to confirm whether the claim has been accepted or rejected by the promoter, and with next steps on when to receive your gift if your claim has been approved.
26. Claimants should allow up to 28 working days from the date of validation to receive their gift.
27. If the claimant selects 6 Classic Case of Laithwaite’s Wine as their gift, they should allow up to 28 working days from the date of validation to receive details on how to redeem their Gift. A gift email will be sent to the claimant which will include a link, providing the recipient access to their unique code and instructions on how to redeem the gift directly with Laithwaite’s. Claimants must click the link contained in the gift reveal email within 30 days. If the claimant does not do this, the link will expire, and the Gift will no longer be eligible to claim. Revealed codes can be accessed for 30 days once revealed. After this time their code will be inaccessible. Claimants will be required to provide Laithwaite’s with their postal address to fulfil the Gift and will have until 31st December 2022 to claim their Gift with Laithwaite’s. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted.
28. If the claimant selects Time for tea hamper as their gift, claimants will be required to enter their postal address upon submitting the form which will be passed to Hay Hampers for fulfilment of the Gift only. The Gift will be sent within 28 working days.
29. Claims are submitted at claimants’ risk.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
31. Online claims will require an email address to be entered before submitting a claim.
32. All claim forms and copies of purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

35. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
36. The Promoter is Hoover Ltd, 1st Floor 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood Park, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6XG.
37. This Promotion is carried out and facilitated by the Marketing Lounge Partnership on behalf of the Promoter.
38. The Data Controller and Data Processor (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulations ((EU) 2016/679)) is the Marketing Lounge Partnership of The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
